Choosing a service, the process.

Good nutrition means something different to everyone.  Whether you’re a busy parent, stressed and overworked business professional, weekend, amateur or elite athlete, a stressed student or looking to improve a clinical condition such as diabetes, I can help you.

You are unique and you are treated as such. As a Nutritionist, I do not have a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Everyone receives a personalised nutrition plan to ensure we get the best results possible, using a method that suits you and your lifestyle.

I’d like to start by making my service process as transparent as possible and explain exactly what happens at each stage; from deciding on the best service to suit your goal, right through to sitting down with your either in person or via video call to start your journey.

ENQUIRY FORM – Complete my introductory form that tells me a little about you and what you’re looking for help with.

SERVICE SELECTION – I will send you a list of my services detailing prices and what’s included for you to choose from.  If you need help in selecting a service, I can read through your enquiry form and recommend a service based on your personal goals, budget and the level of support you require.

FREE NO OBLIGATION 15 MINUTE TELEPHONE CONSULTATION – An opportunity for you to talk about your goals.

PAYMENT – Once you’ve selected a service I will send you an invoice to be paid in full or in part (depending on your service).

PRE-CONSULTATION FORM – completing this simple form online will help me to know more about you, your situation and your goals.

ARRANGE A DATE – I will get in touch with you to arrange a mutually convenient time and date for your initial consultation.

FOOD DIARY & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION –  I’ll provide you with details on how to complete a food diary and provide me with any other information ahead of our consultation.

MEET WITH ME – at this point you will have your consultation with me either in person or remotely and your service has begun!

Addressing Negative Self-Talk - "I'm so unfit." We all do it and now especially it could be more prevalent, but while we show kindness to others, showing a little kindness to yourself will go a long way.

Try telling yourself "I'm not as fit as I could be". The sentiment is the same, but the implication is that you have it in you to do something about it.  And perhaps you will.
